Beech is the heart of our hardwood offer: 14 Abalon standard grades, from an Austrian and German sawmill we represent in Morocco. Oak and ash complete the range for joinery, fit-out and furniture.
Abalon Hardwood is one of Europe’s most efficient hardwood sawmills: two sites, in Heiligenkreuz (Austria) and Schwalmstadt (Germany), 150 employees, and logs sourced only from sustainably managed forests. Nordic Timber represents Abalon in Morocco.
Pre-planing before grading lets the board be judged through the eyes of the final manufacturer. Edging is done at the sawmill: less trimming waste at your end.
